definitely, it also sounds cool as hell at WOT, and it'll make your flowmaster sound deeper.

No this will not work on your car. Only good for 99+, the 98's have a throttle body that points down and to the side a bit. The 99+ TB points streight. There is not way to use the PVC trick on a 98. I did howerver manage to rig up something one day. I got some dryer duct hose and removed the air silencer and went from the lid to the TB with the dryer duct hose. This worked better but something that I only used as temporary. I dont think its as affective as the PVC trick on 99's. And it looked ghetto as all hell. I suggest saving your time dont ghetto up your car and buy a whisper lid. The Whisper lid sales for about $120 and is worth every penny.

it'll work fine on a 98 you just have to to find a different piece of material to go between the lid and TB.

hey be careful a friend of mine read in an article the other day that using pvc around the engine is dangerous cause of the heat the engine produces it oculd melt the pipe and release a gas into the engine block that could ruin the heads and intake all together so i might suggest using a different material other than pvc.
