Cat took a dump, Catco 6007, right???

I have a stock exhaust system and my cat is dying(rattling). I was thinking of getting a Catco.

1) Get the 3" in 3" out right? Part#6007???
2) Is it just a "remove and replace" deal?? Any modifications needed(ex. heat shield)??
3) what about the O2 sensors??

It is a direct replacement.
Get the 2.5 inch in and out catco from summit
3 inch is too big

Race car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
nitrous et & mph: 12.168 & 110.95 mph, n/a 13.746 & 96.38 mph
