Yeah - that's all fine and good, but it only takes one time to pull out of San Diego on a ship and look back at the brown blanket hanging over the city to know that you are breathing a lot of cr@p. And LA/Riverside? Fuggetabouddit. We have testing here in RI too, its a PITA but its necessary. As long as the cat isn't disabled everything should be allowed IMO.
