Replacement for Flowmaster? Options?

Hey everyone.
I have the Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-back #17356 on my car and I love the way it sounds on the outside of the car, but I hate the level of interior resonance it has. I'm looking to replace just the muffler section with another muffler - mostly because it keeps eating itself up. I've already patched one hole and it's now starting to form another one, so I figured since it needs to be replaced anyway, maybe I could get one with less interior drone.
Any suggestions??

meh, i'd replace the muffler with the same kind and just lay down some soundproofing stuff. you can buy some good stuff fer like $1 per square foot. dont buy dynamat. overpriced and underperforms...

why is that yaba? he wants the exhaust to be quieter, a stock z28 muffler will quiet it down.
