I have a 3.8L 1998 camaro. The exhuast is stock with 2.25" piping i believe.

Im not sure which 80 series flowmaster to order from summit...

Chevrolet/Pontiac: 1982-92 Camaro/Firebird, 80 series crossflow, 2 1/2 in. offset inlet/dual 2 1/2 in. outlets, 2-chamber muffler FLO-42583

or

Chevrolet/Pontiac: 1993-2001 Camaro/Firebird, 3 in. offset inlet, 2 1/2 in. dual outlets, 80 series, 2-chamber muffler FLO-43083


Id appreciate the help...i think myself itd be more lodgical to get the first muffler b/c its got a 2.5" inlet
and i have 2.25" stock pipes. Yet it specifies that that muffler is only for 1989-82 camaros...?!?!?!?

I'd get a 3" muffler so that it fits the I-pipe that you're going to buy later. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
