    What should I do?

    Ok, It's been a few days since I received my Magnaflow kit from Performance curve. If you guys already know when you order a Magnaflow kit you get free shipping and a choice between a K&N filter or a carsound cat. I chose the Cat. When I got my kit it was not there. Just my luck this is the third time from 3 diff company's I did'nt receive everything. Man! Is it a sign to just go to the store? I've called numerous times and all I get is an answering machine that does'nt even give you a beep to leave a message. I've called throught the whole day. Nothing. I've also Emailed 4 diff people. Nothing. I finally said I will report them to BBB if I don't getthis resolved.

    What should I do? Wait a lil longer or just order a cat? I know it is the holiday's , but damn don't put an email or phone # if your not going to respond. What has this world come too. I just want my Cat....

    Well, just be patient and polite. They will be much more willing to help you if you are polite, but if you act like an A** hole on the phone then they will probably just say "Oh well, we put it in the box. You lost it".

      you should find out their address and buy an M16. I think you get my flow, if not that being polite and emailing them could resolve the problem.

        Oh, I tried being patient. I wasn't being an a**hole. They don't even answer the phone. I must of called about 20-30 times and not one answer. I Emailed three different people saying I would like to know when I can receive my cat because my car cannot run without it. They get feedbacks like this on Ebay. Not alot, but enough. I was one of them. Next time I'm doing paypal. So If this happens I'm getting my money back. At least it was free shipping. They new what they were doing. There is no room in the box for a cat anyways. BBB it is.

          The converter is not shipped in the same box as the cat-back because Magnaflow packs it in formed foam. It has to come in a seperate box. Do you have tracking numbers? Are you sure the other box did not get overlooked or dropped at another location?

            Im sure it is just a simple mistake I would keep trying to call them and not stop bothering them

              I know there is no room for the cat, so they can't say they put it in there. I got only one tracking # for my order. I can't see how that could be overlooked because it should be a given with their special that they have. "Buy a kit get...." I know it's free, but ****, it's the principle. I was told to get something. It just pisses me off. Now I'm stuck with having to order one. About 2 weeks now. I sent one final EM. I will be reporting them to BBB tommorrow. This has happened b4 on ebay a few times from other people so I have some ammo. Thanks though.

                    They say you have to specify whether you want the free cat or free filter when you make payment. Did you do that?

                    They say when contacting them you have to specify your Item No., Form of Payment used, Name and Address the item is being delivered to, Email address and Phone No., and if that information is not supplied they will disregard the email. Did you do that?

                    Did you get two tracking numbers or just one?

                    Did you pay the $2 extra for shipping insurance?

                    How does this happening to you with other eBay sellers give you some "ammo" to use against Performance Curve? I won a cat and cat-back in seperate auctions from them, called them got through on the first try, told them the exact item numbers I was calling about, paid with my credit card and had both boxes a few days later.

                      I did it through their own website. Not Ebay. They also do have their own website as well. I thought it would be easier to go through their WS. I did everything it said. Times may have changed since you ordered from them. Business probably picked up a sh**load too. I already sent their info to BBB. Still have'nt heard from them either. So hope that helps.
