Shouldn't have any problems with CIA or Pacesetters leaking. I've only heard of the RK Sports leaking.Matt

It could be due to install and installer. Header bolts don't have to be cranked down, just locked in place.
It may be possible that a lot of guys are wrenching down on these header bolts and warping the flanges during install, and not neccesarily quality.
Can't say for sure since I am not there at every install to see they are done right - I just assume so. It could very well be a quality issue.
Dynatech will make you a custom set of headers. It will cost buku's of $$$ but the quality is Lamborghini vs Yugo.
Perhaps after having the desing in their computers they'd offer it as one of their regular sets.<b>15.41</b> @ 89.80 & 15.45 @ <b>91.64</b>, 2.21 60ft, 3,440 raceweight, using <b>OEM</b> Equipment. <br />\'98 L67/M49 w/ 134,000 miles before spun bearing. \"<i>It\'s all stock, Baby</i>!\"
