Has anybody tried?

Hey has anybody tried removing the fake vents in the hoods of their 93-96 birdand making a coldair intake out of it? I'm looking to see if its possible. It would be really stealthy if it was possible.

there was a discussion about that awhile ago. in the end, i think we concluded that all that would really successfully happen is getting rain to drip into your engine bay.
