What is a good muffler for a 2.8, i have heard that they thrive on back pressue, is this true?

depends on the sound lvel you want. For a ouder sound/tone, get a Flowmaster. For a more "subdued" sound/tone, dynomax are good.1978 Formula 461 in progress of being built :rock:

I really dont care about the sound its a V6. but i have heard that if you dont have enough back pressure on the 2.8 they wont run right? or is someone just blowing smoke?1989 RS 2.8L MPFI - 5SPD<br />All OriginalComment
