i did a search and cant find anything on them, do they leak? do they perform well?? i was just looking at the CIA's compared to these and even though they are probably way better quality, i dont know if they would outrun the pacesetter's, on a street car the ideal length of the primary tubes need to be 36-40" long and since we cant get a set of headers that long w/o custom building them i'd guess to get the ones w/the longest primaries, the CIA's primaries look really short compared to the Pacesetters and also i think that a 2 1/2" Y-pipe is too much for a NA 3.8, anyways...any updates are appreciated!

my pacesetters work GREAT! no leaks and the car accelerates noticably faster after 55 MPH. the shop welded all the seems and plug welded the EGR tube (which has caused no probs). only complaint i have is that the shop took so damn long puttin em on. i dropped the car off by 5am before work(shop opens at 8 though), and they were workin on it till 8pm that night (they usually close at 5:30pm). id have to say get em!2001 camaro v6 red convertable
ggotta go fast... The install was a pain and some of the finishing touches on the headers like O2 sensor bungs and the egr port were a bit rough and unfinished but overall I can't complain about the performance. My highway pickup has gone through the roof. Where it would take its sweet time accelerating past 70 now it just pulls and pulls until I hit the speed limiter. And the exhaust tone down low got a hell of a lot deeper too. In summation they were a lot of work but I really like them.3.42 gears w/ LSD,
Headers, Cat delete, Loudmouth,
SLP intake, K&N, Whisper Lid,
EGR delete

says their for the 3.8l. got some for the 3.4l also. this is where i got mine. i would recommend the ceramic coated. they come with an installation sheet... but i doubt its that informative. if you plan on doing it yourself, i would bring along someone who REALLY knows what theyre doin. id also bring along a case of ice cold beer cuz youll be therre for a looooong time. id just have a shop do it, but sometimes thats just not an option (i was lucky in finding a place to do it for $325... other shops were going to charge the standard $60 and hour and they wound have probably been working on my car for about 10 hours!). so good luck and, oh ya i forgot to mention, with my 3.8l they had trouble with the spark plug wires hittin the headers so they had to get 90* angle wires so they headers didnt burn through the wires.2001 camaro v6 red convertable
ggotta go fast... I put mine on myself yesterday, they perform OK but for N/A performance I think I would have rather spent the $300 somewhere else.
My top end has noticibly increased but not as much as I expected. I also expected the exhuast tone to change dramatically but no such luck.
I expected more but its not the fault of my headers, just my interpretation of what I was getting.
Other than that, the Pacesetters were a decent product, other than the O2 sensor holes having to be drilled out.1996 Silver Camaro, Y87, M5, cammed..
N/A Best Time: 14.012 @ 98.59
195 rwhp / 233 ft-lbs b/f heads/cam
Check out my site http://silver3800.cz28.com/

I just used a round file to grind off some of the piping at the end of the bung. The bung doesn't need to be tapped.1996 Silver Camaro, Y87, M5, cammed..
N/A Best Time: 14.012 @ 98.59
195 rwhp / 233 ft-lbs b/f heads/cam
Check out my site http://silver3800.cz28.com/
