Exactly. Well said.

Basically your car will sound like it has two more cylinders than a 4 but two less than an 8. Imagine that

My car sounds 100 times better than 4 cylinders I hear with after-market exhaust. So you don't have to worry about sounding ricey.

I have the Rumbler with a high flow cat and have gotten several compliments on the sound of my car.

Sound clips can be misleading since all the exhaust systems for the V6 sound really good at idle, and they all sound really bad when free-revving (just revving it up in neutral or park). You need to listen to drive-by sound clips. Not sure how many of those there are.

As far as losing "take off speed" (you really mean torque) some people say exhaust gas velocity with a 3" system is to low and you will lose some. But the fact of the matter is that no one has any kind of measurements of backpressure and exhaust gas velocity throughout the RPM range so everyone is really just guessing.

Anecdotally there is no evidence that you will lose low end torque.

I have videos of my old loudmouth (drive and rev) but I need a host. They're kinda big too. And you need quicktime.
