I'm getting a strange, hollow sound when I accelerate. I just bought this '95 Firebird. Any suggestions on what it is?

What kind of hollow sound? Is there a papery, raspy sound also-that could be an exhaust leak.
Is it a sort of mustang hollow, or tunneling sound-that should be normal.
from the exhaust or up front?

Sounds like it is up front. Messed up header maybe?Comment
