Well,I bought 3 inch PVC Pipe and a K&N Cone...I can mount it pretty good but what do I do with the IAT? Can i just drill a hole somewhere between the filter and throttle body and stick the IAT in there and seal it up with silicon or something?

Yes, it's mountable basically anywhere before the Throttle Body.

Would silicon sealant be ok? No sensor damage or anything?

Silicone should be fine to use. Of course, let it dry before installing the iat sensor.

I just drilled it into the rubber boot before the TB and it works fine for me...

Yep, any of those will work, but you could also put a 15Kohm resister into the plug. It won't give you much more power but it won't throw any codes either. If you'd like more info do a search, I think most people call it the "resistor mod".
