  • Cold Air Intake

Very simple question. How effective is the SLP cold air intake?

Would I be seeing a 14.9 with it? (see sig below)

I didn't have it on my V6, but what I saw from other people's cars at the track, it is pretty effective. You sure as heck would be close to 14's with it if you didn't hit them.

What is your rear gear ratio? That also makes a difference.

I say do a search on yahoo or something and get the plans for the intake. Buy yourslef some aluminum flashing and some screws and build the almost exact same thing for $10 or less.

Get it trust me it makes your exhaust sound even better, plus it will make a sweet sucking noice from your engine compartment. and yes it will definitly make your car run better, i noticed that mine was more responsive and it also felt like it had a lot more **** to it like at highway driving speeds. all in all a definit mod that is worth ever penny
