How do I take off the muffler?
I got the clamp thing off but I can't get the muffler off it.
The muffler inlet is like stuck onto the pipe and I tried hitting it with a hammer, pull on it, push on it, but it wont come off.

spray some WD-40 on the muffler bearings to loosen them up. They can get rusty over time. When you can get the bearings to spin freely - the muffler will come right out.

A faster solution will be to cut the muffler off at the pipe.

hitting the muffler with a hammer should get it off eventually... although i ended up using one of those pannel cutter things.

When I put my flowmaster on, I found that the stock muffler was welded on.

I had Midas do it and that's what he told me, but now that I think about it, I think it's the tailpipes were welded to the muffler. (I think)

Everything back of the S pipe is welded...I used a dremel to cut just before the axle to get my exhaust system off.
