Just bought a set of Pacesetter headers on ebay for my 3.8.
Hopefully they won't take too long to cross the Atlantic.
Just a quick question to any of you guys who have installed Headers on a 3.8 - How many fingers am I gonna shred installing these babies, as I can tell that there ain't a lot of room in that there engine bay.
i didnt think it was too hard. i didnt shread any fingers here that i can remember. just take the time removing the manifolds. after that, the headers should go on smoothly
yeah putting the headers on isnt hard, its getting the old manifolds off (helped a friend with his lt1), the bolts are a beotch to get loose. just make sure the y-pipe you get (if it does come with one) is the right size too, they have had problems with those at times.
