Well I looked under the car to see where the air comes into the 2 conical filters...and it seems like where the filters are....its really isolated from gettin a lot of air because of the splash guards. Anyway..Does the SLP CAI get enough air with the guards all in place or should I maybe try to open it up down there and get some more air to the filters?

Ya I was pissed at the design. Filters are too big have to squeeze them in there. Mine are a tad bent up from that..oh well. Also where the MAF sensor plugs in BARELY reached far enough to fit in the new elbow. Oh well I definately noticed the power gain when I first started driving. But now I don't even hardly notice it anymore :(
