What is this guy talking about? Hooker LT's for a 3.8?
What is this guy talking about? Hooker LT's for a 3.8?
Does Hooker make headers for the 3.8. I thought it was just CIA, RK, and PS. He seems to be sure that they do. Im thinking he's probably just full of it, buy maybe I'm missing something.
I dont know if those were taken before he put them on though, but I have never heard of any hooker headers for our 3.8's, especially not longtubes. All I know is someone on this board did take the pacesetters and modified them to make them longtubes.
Ok, I'm raising the flag for these reasons:
1. Hooker doesnt make headers for our engines.
2. The pics show stock manifolds.
3. 100 shot with no heads/cam or blower/turbo wont make 386 to the wheels.
4. He doesnt have a cold air intake, just a chopped air box, but still makes 386 to the wheels with a 100 shot.................
Only thing I can back him up on is that he said he broke the STOCK shifter and thats why he bought the B&M shifter, not that he broke the B&M shifter, but we dont even know if he could break the stocker. Who knows but I say

So it does
PLUS his interior picture shows the shot of a 97+ Interior!
You sure?
Looks like 93-96 to me. Right at the top of the pic, you can see the shift layout label sticker thingy that is mounted just behind the shifter.
\'99 SSM Camaro V6 M5
(mod list on cardomain site; too long to list here)
http://www.cardomain.com/id/v6cam99
Complete idiot...that is about 450 flywheel and it looks like he claimed to have over 400 rwhp before, someone mentioned it in his guestbook. Looks like you can only have Eibach springs if you have T-tops as well. How exactly do you break the shifter, it must take a few hundred pounds to bend it let alone break it. Oh...and he created the page in May 2004 and the dyno is from 2002 but he hasn't updated the page to reflect his outragous dyno?
PROOF OF FAKE DYNO: http://home.comcast.net/~bartalane/ he just edited his baseline with a change of the 286.6 to 386.6 and the another change for the torque. The guys name bart lane and basse3 is even spelled the same wrong way. What a douche.
