Its comming down to the time that im going to be getting my new exhaust. Now that its closer to the time I don't know which one to get. I think they both sound very nice but I don't know which is the better choise.. So I am asking you all which you think that would be better for my car. Either vote....
A)FLowmaster
B)Borla
And any comments would be fine on either system.. I need help fast because Im going tomorrow to the exhaust place for the final choise... Thanks
I would have to go with borla ! Sounds great , best looking tips , stainless steal , and you can choose from any plate you want to change the exhaust tone.

Ditto. I've had a blowmaster before, I got something else because I didn't like it. Flowmasters on 6's suck, My bro had an 80 series on his TA and it was okay but not great.

Ive heard both and Borla in my opinion has the edge. More expensive, but worth it.
Borla all the way

The only that's holding me back from a borla is their high price. 600+ dollars for an exhaust system on V6 is a waste of money. I can get more gains from a cam or a converter with that amount of money.

I agree. Buy Flowmaster and save the rest for headers or something like that. Do you have an intake yet?

That's true. But you really do get what you paid for. Plus once you keep adding more mods to your car, the borla gets even better. Think synergistically. What I mean by that, let say, you have heads, cam, NOS, and blower set up in your car. Wouldn't borla work better because you can open it up for more exhaust. Just my .02 cents, its really up to you.
Couldnt you buy the flowmaster, add a cut-out right in front of it for when you need the extra flow and volume, then take the cash you saved towards your intake? I have flowmasters and I think they sound pretty good down low. Nothing sounds good up top from what I've heard on our engines.

unless you do headers, high flow cat, etc etc etc...basically full exhaust work the Flowmaster sounds better to me. My friend just has the catback and it sounds like total crap compared to my setup with the Flowmaster.
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
