I'm all new to this stuff and I wanna add some shizzle to my car to get it to go faster.
Which is better? I have about $300 to spend. I've heard intakes can give you like 20-30hp and exhaust lessens backpressure so it can give you like the same amount of horsepower.
Which should I do? Also is any of this stuff easy to install? If not, I need leftover money to pay for install! :cool:
Definitely do intake first. However, I don't think you will see 30hp gains with it, you will be more please than the exhaust. Keep in mind, you don't want to lose TOO MUCH backpressure in a V6. But a simple catback will be fine. I don't know what people told you, but you are more likely too see bigger gains with an intake. SLP makes one for a little over 200 bucks. Do that first!
