        My new system, based on what I've heard sounds good on these cars, will be this:

        Catco 3" high flow cat running to 3" mandrel-bent pipes, followed by a Flowmaster 80-series (my current muffler.) It sounds good now with the muffler on, I don't have ricey sound up top through the Flowmaster. With the cutout open, its a different story. THAT sounds terribly ricey at high rpm. Running through the muffler, my car has gotten to the point where it sounds pretty good from a neutral rev (even up high.) It has to be warm though.
