Hey with 3.42s your forgetting that your speedo is off. I have 3.42s and its 10% fast--which sucks because every .9 miles = 1 mile on my tach!!

Oh well. Im not too sure of the different between manual and auto, but I can guarentee that your speedo is off.

For example, 120--according to the needle--in my car would actually only be around 108.

Get that gov taken off, and I believe we could hit the 140s! ;)

My car did 120 down hill. It was a really big hill, don't worry. It's stock.

jmeccia, my speed limiter might be a lil off, but not off like you think it is. 108mph!; sorry dawg, but I was going faster than that. You gotta realize your car is a 96, mine is 2000. Things have changed since then. 99v6redbird, you are correct sir. 3.42 stock; not aftermarket...

The official top speed of my 3.4 is (according to my german car-license) 129mph (207kmh), but I hit 137mph (220kmh) easily on the autobahn - one time even 140... :D

A 3.8 should be able to do much more (+50hp) - but, ok, only without the limiter... ;)
