ok i was polishing my throttle body, so i decided to take off the springs on the side. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to put them back on. i've been trying for 3 hours so far.... this is ****ing nuts.
Do any of you guys have pictures of the throttle body, so i can see how it goes back together?

ask James or check out his site in his sig...hey may have some good pics cuz of his nitrous system shots...or you could try calling a dealer...good luck!
I wish I could see a picture, I know what your talking about, but Ive only played with my 3.4 throttle body. If I remember right, they are like circular springs, which I mean they give force when the throttle wheel moves circularly. Wow that was easy to understand. Anyways. Maybe use something to pry with or the actual throttle wheel itself. Good luck. ;)
i kinda fixed it, turns out i had the butterfly valve in backwards... lol... but the butterfly plate is kinda ****ed up because i bent it a lil when i was trying to fix it. Can this part be bought individually?

i am pretty sure he has a 3.8 since he has a 96 ;) but yeah you need to check ebay and other places for a full TB and make sure it is a 98 or older since the 99+ had fly by wire TB's.
