  • 3.4 manifolds on 3.8 ?

I'm going to be swapping a 3.8L engine and manual tranny into my '94 3.4L A4. Could anyone tell me if the exhaust that is in my car, from the 3.4, bolt up to the 3.8? I know I'll have to get O2 sims for the two other O2 connectors on the new harness setup, but will like the physical exhaust bolt up?

No. Either get the 3.8 manifolds and Y pipe with the motor or put on a set of headers when you install the motor.

Will the 2002's bolt right up to the '97 3.8 engine? Do you have the y pipe? Are the y-pipes the same? or do they at least bolt to the cat the same? Just gimme a lil more info if you or anyone can. Thanks

See, I'd at least wanna know that they'll fit with the y pipe though.

2000+ manifolds are longer than the 97 ones, id double check on the y-pipe fitment...
