i would put is before the cat and get an electric cutout... maybe thats why im doing it this weekend, i love on demand loudness and power ;)

One time on the line my "cat" fell off since it was so horribly clamped in place and I gained a full 1mph from it into a headwind, so I don't think the 3.8 would mind the extra flow. Nothing like the 3.4.
i got quoted 90 for them to put in my new muffler, cat, and cutout. i thought it sounded pretty good.
