hi and welcome...check out the search on the top right of the page...you can find what you're looking for there probably more than half the time...as for headers...most members here go with rksport's at rksport.com ..or with pacesetters ..i think they have those on lmperformance.com ...as for the exhaust...most people either use borla, flowmaster, or SLP...i myself have a hollow cat and the borla 3" cat back exhaust..i have no complaints..i think it looks awesome..sounds awesome...and is dyno proven for around 10 horses at the rear wheels

BTW..you might wanna get an intake and high-flow cat with that setup...and do you have any shots of the custom paint?...if not..what did you have done?..just curious

if you want perforance and just the look of duals here is my suggestion. Get a muffler from a z28 (this is really just for the looks), then for on demand performance and loudness get yourself a 3" electric cutout (this alows you to open your exhaust up wherever you put the cutout with just the flip of a switch from the drivers seat), then get some cermic coated pacesetter headers (they are cheap and have the largest primaries that i know of), get a magnaflow cat only if you put the cutout past the cat otherwise stick with the stocker. I will be putting the cutout and muffler on my firebird in the next month or so (finally got the parts just dont have the time to do it now). if you want to see what it looks like and sounds like just email me and we can meet up somewhere in lakeland (i have a few friends that live there).

BTW you misspelled lakeland in your "from" info.
