im looking at an slp ram air kit. the price is right on it but i was curious as to whether you guys felt any gains from having the cai on in addition to the free ram air mod. i've ehard that it helps on the highway. is this true? is it worth the money? it can only get better once i have headers/cam/heads done right? thanks for any help

its worth it, it does help on the highway, and yes, it will get better -
The CAI will actually replace the !FRA. Right now with the !FRA, you just cut a hole under the filter to allow air flowing between the radiators to escape upwards towards the filter. The CAI takes this one step further. It resuires the same hole, but you also cut another one further down (you'll see).
