3.4 with AIR injects into the manifold, not the cat. I just installed a magnaflow 94109, that doesnt have and air tube. The catco(POS) that I had on before had an air tube. If your car doesnt need the air tube(3.8L doesnt), not sure about the 3.4L, I would get a cat without it.
