  • 2.5" tips on TSP Rumbler Fit?

    Hi guys

i am thinking bout getting the TSP Rumbler for my 3.4L 95 Firebird but i really wanna use some 2.5" tips that look sweet. Would the 2.5" go with the Rumbler? and also do i need to buy the kit like needed for the SLP Loudmouth. If it wont fit i guess i would go with the flowmasters and put the tips on them.

    Thx

I believe the rumbler is 3 inches back to where it splits, then it becomes 2.5 inches. So 2.5 inch tips would fit.

I was going to ask a very similiar question myself before I saw this thread.

Could someone in the know confirm/deny that the rumbler becomes 2.5 inches after it splits so we need 2.5 inch tips?

It splits to 2.5" tail pipes:) I told you correctly on the phone, and your tips will indeed work if they are 2.5".

                  I think you will need a S-Pipe

Yeah you will need the install kit from slp (part number 30045 at slponline.com).

Alternatively, a shop could probably bend one for you. Although, the one from SLP is mandrel bent.

No reason to have dual 3in pipes coming off a single 3in pipe now is there?
