  • Will SLP Intake for 3.8 Fit a 94 3.4?

Title says it all. If this won't work what are my best options for intake that will give the best increase in power?

    If it's a 96-97 3.8 the CAI was made for.....maybe.

If it's the 98+ SLP CAI kit- definately not.

It should fit fine, the only differece that I know of is that the 96-97 kit includes the 1LE elbow.

I am pretty sure that the piping is exactly the same but I'm not definate.

i cant think of any reasons it wouldnt fit. im not sure that youd need that elbow that comes with the kit though.

From 93-97, the airbox was in the same location in every camaro be it 3.4, 3800, or LT-1. (except SS) The 3800 itself, like the 3.4, is buried half way under the dashboard. (damn you Mustangs and your easy to work on engines, j/k) So, the distance of each from the airbox should be about the same. The only thing you would have to fab. yourself is where it connects to the tb. It's larger in the 3800 and will most likely not fit. P/N for a new on from SLP is 21012. Hope this helps.
