CTO-6007 = 3" in 3" out (a muffler shop can make you a reducer if youre sticking with stock piping) Alternatively you can see if someone here is willing to sell you their stock cat :D

I was just looking at this. Is this cat better than the stock cat? Other than the size difference?

I'm gonna order that 6007, but I think I read somewhere in here that it might throw a code from the o2 behind the cat. I'm in Cali as well and you know how much stricter it is here in the WestSide.

It's a 50/50 chance you'll get the SES light. 8 months and counting with no SES light.

Is there anyway to make sure I won't get a SES light? If not what will it do and is it easy to take off?

There's really no way, but to cross your fingers and pray. If you do, you'll need to buy an 02 simulator.

Is there anyone with a 1999 that has thrown a code? My 2001 did and remedied with an O2 sim from thunderracing.

My '98 throws codes but it did before the cat install. The cat does not set off any codes on my car.
