    LS1 MAFT

    is the ls1 maft the same thing that we can use on our cars. I know of a good deal for a maft for an ls1 and i was wondering if it would work.

    if you go to tbyrne in the v6 sectino and look at the maft theyre selling for the v6 it has the same part number as the one for the ls1. did i just answer my own question?

    It works on both the ls1 and l36.

      I was under the impression that we need the one designed for the LT1?

          That link has a picture of the bottom of an old MAFT. There is a v6 setting.

          And Tbyrne's online catalog MAFT all have the same part number for LT1/LS1/v6.

            so according to that picture, our settings would be:

            1: on (v6)
            2: off (late model)
            3: ??? limiter ??? what limiter? on off? anyone?
