  • Header Gaskets

    i tried to look for this topic, but i couldnt see it. but what are u guys using for gaskets for your pacesetter. ive heard that the paper ones dont last to long, so i might as well spend some money and get good ones put in. also, where i can get them from??

    The metal ones you can get from the dealer...

      I used the paper ones for my Pacesetters... soaked them in water over night and put them on. However I am getting a leak somewhere... not sure if its at the head because of the gaskets or at the colector pipe. Need to get under it and find out.

      I wish I never installed these headers. :(

        I got 3-ply metal stock replacement ones from NAPA. Fel-pros didnt seem to fit mine quite right.

          I'm running fel-pros w/ RKSport headers and no leaks.

          You can also order paper gaskets from RKSPort for like 3.00 each I believe.
