    Help me out...

    Hooker Cat-back or B&B Triflow

Hooker - $300 from tbryne. I heard they sound pretty good through most of the RPM range, and have a nice hollow sound at around 3000 RPM. the hooker isnt stainless steel is it?

B&B Triflow - $650 new...$400 - 300 used. I heard it sounds amazing...through most of the RPM range, nice exotic sound. scrumptious tips, stainless steel.

People....HELP ME OUT, I need some advise, there is noone around here that has these cat-back, maybe sound clips would be a plus, but just let me know what you guys think of both of them

    THANKS IN ADVANCE

the hooker is not stainless, but then again neither is your stock exhaust. if it is that big of a deal to you then send it off to be Jet Hot coated. i believe the Hooker catback will sound good on the v6 fbody. i have had all of them too except dynomax and corsa, and obviously hooker. the way it is designed it should sound good and not drone like a mofo on the inside.

triflow is very nice, and nice and quiet on the inside too for those long trips in an automatic. it all comes down to how much money you want to spend on your v6. triflow sounds wonderful though that is a guarantee. just quiet but that will open up with headers and a highflow/no cat.

i do have faith in the Hooker (catback) though.

      Thanks Scott

And another thing...i need to know if this "DynoMOUTH" exhaust idea is going to sound good on a V6.

      THANKS

the dynomouth is not that new... i'd steer clear of that though. on our cars you need a muffler of some type for it to sound decent. we'll continue on IM.....

If u get the hooker get it from Thunder Racing its cheaper than Tbyrne. Not by much but its still cheaper :D . I should be getting my hooker catback on monday and probably put on by Tuesday. I'll tell everyone how it sounds. I should also be getting a whisper lid and CAI in the next 2 weeks that'll help the sound of it too.
