There was someone who replied to one of the posts when I was asking around ot see what the best exhaust system for my car. He said that it was an alright system, but that he didn't think it was worth the money he paid for it.
There's a lot of people that will swear by Flowmaster systems
there are a lot of people that'll swear by Loudmouth systems also (both are around the same price, aswell as the rksport one.)
Personally, the sound clips i've heard of it aren't that impressive compared to the flowmaster and loudmouth systems, so basically my opinion is that you can get a better exhaust system than the rksport one for a similar price (with better performance aswell probably).

I'm never buying an RK sport Product again after the crap I went through with their headers. You do hear a lot of people happy with their flowmasters and a lot of others raving about their SLP, but I gotta tell 'ya, I love my B&B cat back. Install was perfect, nothing had to be "re-engineered" to fit right and I get a real deep throaty solid sound with it.
IMO the flowmasters make it sound like a truck. But I grew up in a small redneck town where all the white trash there put Flowmasters on their pick-ups so I'm kinda biased. Borla sounds too raspy to me and I do like the SLP just not as much as the B&B triflos. Just an opinion. Do consider the B&Bs as well as your looking around.

The RKSport exhaust used to be a Dynomax SuperTurbo muffler with a 2.5" mandrel I-pipe.
I'm told, however, that the new ones use Magnaflow mufflers.
I personally don't much care for Magnaflow mufflers and wouldn't put one on my car. But in addition to that, you can bet that RKSport is going to totally rip you off on anything you buy from them. It would by much cheaper for you to just buy the parts separately from someplace else.
EDIT: Oh, and I've heard good things about the Dynomax SuperTurbo mufflers. (Also doesn't hurt that they're only $45.) I bought one many months ago, and will probably have it installed next week along with a 2.5" mandrel I-pipe.

well some people like Dynomax and some people like Flomaster, but you can put together a cheaper dynomax exhaust than buying from rksport.
I like mine it sounds good I have a bigger cat to though, 2.5. Rksport is veryyyyyyyy pricy on everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But when I did order it they gave me a free t-shirt, but I dont like advertising thier hi price shat.1997 30th Anniversary A4 w/ some mods

Quicksilver what was the problem you has with the RKSport headers? I have them on my car ( had them for about a year now) and they're absolutely fine. When I got them installed, the mechanic replaced the ****ty gaskets they sent me and it's been great so far. I abuse the car all the time too and I don't have any trouble with them. I'm just curious what kind of issues you ran into?
