Yea, but I just wanted to make sure everything was exactly what I needed.

quite a bit of people use the U bend methold, not just for this exhuast either. search it up a little.

Oh yes, I know. Tons told me to do the U-Bend, but lets just say that it was hard enough to find an exhaust shop that would simply do the install. I would rather not complicate things for them. lol

              im running open y-pipe,
it is quite loud, it will shake and rumble your seats.
i put on a catco high-flow cat and open cutout, its still very loud
              but I love it.

This is pretty loud as well, rattles a bit. But I love it also.

Hey guys. I'm new to this, sort of, and new to the V6 community. I'm really glad you guys are posting video of your exhausts. I was planning on going with a Flowmaster, but judging by the sound from mjparme, i may have to reconsider. No offense guys. I'm actually not liking any sounds :( You see, i'm from a V8 background, and am used to that muscular sound. The question is, will I ever get used to the sound of a V6? Anybody out there have an Edelbrock cat-back system?

oops. My apologies guys. I posted my reply after ONLY reading the first page (Dec 05?) I saw more and heard Question's interior video. It does sound pretty cool actually. I'm sorry for not going thru all posts. I'm very new to these forum things.

Well WhyNotV8, you are always going to have a little bit of rasp up top. You will never be able to eliminate that, simply because it is a V6.

whynotv8- if you only put a catback on a v6, it wont be deep enough, it works more like a fartcan on a ricer, it just amplifies everything. if you get full exhaust done (headers, etc.) it will sound much closer to a v8.
