Loss of power

Well, It's time to order my exhaust.
Yesterday morning on the way to work my car felt low on power. :(
On the way home one of my co-workers wanted to play a little so I drop her into 3rd and stand on it [img]graemlins/naughty.gif[/img] At 4000 she falls on her face [img]graemlins/omg.gif[/img]
OWNED by a 4 cyl. S-10.
Anyway, today it's much worse, it tops out at 60MPH!
Very slugish and I smell eggs.
The exhaust even sounds quieter.
So do you think it's the cat?
I do, Gonna order the Rumbler and a high-flow cat.
I'll let you know how it goes

The strange thing is the first owner had the cat replaced at the dealer at 40,000 miles she now has 64,000 miles on the clock.
I gotta wonder if it may have to do with the Hypertech power programmer.

i feel ya i just replaced my cat and let me tell you i smelled *** not eggs but almost the same thing. just get under your car and tap on the cat and see if you hear anything moving around. if so then replace the *****
