  • S pipe

I'm getting ready to put on headers, a 3" cat, and a 3" S-pipe. I was originally thinking about just having a shop bend me up my S pipe, but then a friend offered to help me make one.

My question is, do you guys think it's a good idea to buy a 3" secion of tubing with a couple 90* bends and just weld together my pipe? Or should I just go to the shop and have them make it?

Well, either order the SLP Installation kit, or just order a 3" inch U-Bend from Jegs, cut that sucker in half and slap it together.

Do you have any idea which radius bend I should get if I ordered the U-bend pipe?
