  • 98 air silencer??

    what do you put in place of the air silencer if you remove it I tryed the dryer duct and it kept f@cking up

    Nothing - too much work. Whisper lid is probably the easiest thing to do, but I don't like the flimsy tube they use. I'm looking for a replacement to that crappy tube.

      so the wisper lid comes with some thing to put in place of the air silencer

          agreed...mine has slipped off twice, and it's REALLY annoying esp.when you don't happen to have a screw driver w/ you. :mad:

            use pvc pipe from the depot.
            about 3 bucks

              doesn't work w/ a 98 b/c it has an angled throttle body. they changed it in 99.
