I've heard that if you're going with a chambered muffler (flowmaster, etc) then its best to go with an H-pipe. WHile a free flowing (Magnaflow, etc) would be better suited for the X-pipe.
I'm not saying you can't mix the two, because I don't know much about the true duals.
Keep us updated, and are you a member of LS1.com and the Z28 forums, (just in case I have trouble getting into this board :( )?
Does that setup basically mean your gonna have a separate exhaust for each side of the engine? I dunno really all that much technical stuff about cars, hence why I am trying to learn from this board. I wonder why 4-cylinders wouldnt make something like this on their cars (just with one) to avoid that nasty bumble bee sounds. I wanna hear it too when your done, get some cool sound clips, looks like it will be nice.

However I will be listing the parts, part numbers, and complete costs for you guys when Im done.
Right now the cats, tips, and mufflers cost me $276.... Welding and piping Im expecting to be $150-200. It might be a little more but I doubt it. I will talk to him about possibly making kits, but realisitcally its easier to order what I did and just copy mine if you can find an installer that is enthusiastic about doing this sort of thing.
