SOMETIMES WHEN YOU MOD YOUR CAR OUT YOU WILL THROW A CODE & IF YOU USE THE O2 SIMULATOR, YOU DON'T...IT MAKES THE PCM THINK EVERYTHING IS OK

I think that he means this here: O2 Sims

It replaces the O2 sensor that is in your exhaust, becouse if you remove it, your car will run like crap, not know how much fuel to add or remove dependent upon the exhaust, and this will cause you to read, to the computer anyhow, that your exhaust is running where it's supposed to be.
Normally guys with headers are running with these.
