I took my car in to get the Cat replaced a couple months ago, the shop i took it to installed a new car-sound cat that had just come out for OBDII cars in Ca. I didn't realize until now that they had to reduce the inlet of the cat from the header, is this something that i should take to them (looks like 2.5"-2")? i also noticed a couple weeks after i took it to them, it started to rattle again, like the internals are coming lose already, the shop told me that if my car was throwing codes that it might be the reason that the cat went bad in the first place, and that if i took it back for them to replace, and they found that it has been throwing codes, that it would void my warrantee!
What should i do?!
PS: i can clear the SES codes, but i can't clear them from the computer.
