Why do you need to replace the stock cat? Did you put a Highflow one on? I know they replaced my Stock cat For free under an 8 year 80,000 mile warranty. Last time I checked I think it was about $180. I was at a shop that was changing a flat, and asked them what they would charge to replace the cat. The guy called around and only found one place that had it. It was a while ago, but I believe he quoted me 180-210 for the cat, and 50 in labor.
