Thanks for the pics! This is EXACTLY what I need! Are these coated by pacesetter, or are these jet hot? I'll be ordering these next month. Was there any trouble with hooking up the EGR? Any tips for me! Thanks for the pics, when I get home *right click, save as* ;)

I just installed mine today... I wasn't too thrilled with them during the install. Before installing them, you'll need to grind out the O2 sensors bungs (don't grind the threads) because what they did is drill a small hole in the headers and mounted a O2 bung on top of the hole on each side. The hole they drilled is not big enough for the O2 sensors to fit in. Same thing with the EGR hole.... not big enough for the EGR tube so I pulled the whole EGR system out.

Also, I had to install spark plugs 4 & 6 from the bottom and the straight boot factory plug wires will not work with these headers (especially plugs 4 & 6. I'd also recommend buying some fire sleeves for the plug wires since the black wire loom crap will melt & burn. It'll take a week or more to get the smell out of the car. :(

Ehhh.... also discovered that my front driver's side manifold bolt was broken in half (completely rusted through). Spent a good 4 hours trying to get that PITA out!

Once I get my wire problems taken care of (changing all of them to the 90º boots and getting fire sleeves) and get my Dynomax Bullet muffler installed in place of what used to be that Crapco Cat, I hope to be a happy camper.

Good luck with them.... and good luck on the install!

Hey, those are pretty neat. Who did you say those were? :D :D

I think that is the stock Pacesetter ceramic coating, but I can't tell from the pictures. :D :D
