Anyone measured effect of ram air hood or CAI on gas mileage?

Just wondering if any of you guys had experienced any changes in your gas mileage after putting in high flowing induction equipment? I would expect, in theory, that since the high flow equipment makes your engine a bit more efficient, running it under identical parameters should lower fuel consumption numbers, but i dont know if the change would be on a scale that is measureable or not. comments?

I noticed an average og 1 to 2 mpg increase with the SLP CAI on my camaro!

Mine went up about 3MPG city, and about 5 MPG highway. That's from stock to having a CAI and HF cat. I expect it to go up even more when I get my entire exhaust system done.

In my car ('97 5 Speed) I've I drive like a normal person, not really trying to squeeze miles out of it, but not driving slow I get about 25-30 miles per gallon out of my car. This is with an American Thunder Exhaust and an SLP CAI.
