Free exhaust work

I have worked a deal out with a local exhaust shop owner and he's going to take care of anything I want on the subject of exhaust. I just have to buy the parts. I have a borla cat-back system so far. My question is where should I go from here? I guessing a new CAT but which one the random tech or the morflow. And what size should I get. Will I really see a improvement with headers?

how far is bartlesville from dallas, and can i get that deal? i've heard the 3" catgo cat is one of the best. and headers should make a pretty good improvement, but your stock manifolds aren't too shabby either.
