Ok, Im going to get MTI's Clear Intake lid here soon with a K&N Filter, and I was wondering if you can use SLPs CAI with it?

Yes you can. The CAI goes under the filter. You have to cut out the bottom of the air box and the little air dam below it. While you're waiting on the CAI, it'd be a good idea to do the Free Ram Air mod. That'll be just about as good as a CAI.
