I recently bought a new magnaflow high-flow cat and a magna flow cat-back system. The new cat i got will not sit flush with the s-pipe. thes-pipe is flared on one end. It is supposed to bolt on with a 2-bolt flange and there is nothing on the cat to bolt it to. Can you picture this. I can clarify more if needed, THANX.

Your probably gonna have to have an exhaust shop weld the correct flang on the cat or you could just have the cat welded on if you don't plan on disconnecting your exhaust.
Hope this was of some help. 1994 Chevrolet Camaro 3.4L A4 (160hp 200tq)<br />2006 Nissan 350Z 3.5L M6 (300hp 260tq)
