Get rid of that 40 series and put 3 inches from the cat to the muffler. Since you have gears and LSD you most likely won't loose much low end and specially if you change that S pipe you notice a smoother excellerating car. The muffler you change to is all your personal preference. But, I recommend an adjustable Borla.

If you don't mind the noise, get a cut-out.

I doubt that's the problem. I have one too and I don't have a topend problem...

I'm agreeing with Keith - Part of it's your stereo. The 3.42 gears may be contributing also. While they're good for off-the-line, they'll slow you down up top.

Other than that, who knows? Might be an ignition or fuel problem.

EDIT: Is your SES light on? If so, what codes is it throwing?

I didn't know he had a cut out... I don't see it in his sig... But with the ported TB he is probably running rich at WOT. Make some runs with autotap/obd-2/ or some other scanning software. Check out the O2 reedings. I think you want to be in the .85 to .89 range. But I'm still a novice at the tuning.

If he is running rich then a maft or maft+ should be able to solve the problem.

I'd get the car dyno'd first. you may just be hallucimanating the power loss :D get it dyno'd, then see what's up. bigger piping and more intake stuff is all i can recommend. do you have the ssm pp? that'll help a lot.

Like I asked before - Are you throwing any codes?

It's probably a fuel or ignition problem.

Well I don't know much about N20. But if you ran a 13.8 off a 50 shot you must be running pretty good.

Like I mentioned b/f about the only thing I can think of is tuning with a maft or maft+ and some scanning software.

No codes are being throw the 13.8 with the 50 shot is good but when i run the 75 shot it dies i shouls be about 4 mph faster et and a quicker ET time from my timeslip 12secv6 or james told me i am loseing topend bigtime cause with his 75 shot he ran a 13.0 and with my 75 shot i am running 13.56. I know differnt cars but they should be that far off and he aggress as well cause i pull a 1.7 60 foot and that is what he pulls with a 120 shot.

I bet this problem only happens with the N2O. I'm gonnna take a stap at it and guess that you might be having a fuel deficiency problem. What RPM do you have the N2O set to? If you have it on after 5000 RPM then fuel might be the problem. I'm no expert but adding N2O and not increasing your fuel efficiency might be your problem.
