  • Just got back from Muffler shop

    Just got my Flowmaster 80 series w/22x3.5 tips on, very very impressed! Seems to have a great sound so far, hardly any raspyness up high. Highly recommend [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]
    1998 Mystic Teal Camaro w/T-Tops<br />20% window tint, Stull Billet Grille, K&N Air Filter, Gold rear insert letters, 80 Series Flowmaster w/ 22x3.5\'\' tips, Viper 350 HV ESP Alarm, Whisper Induction Lid, Two 10\'\' MTX 6000 subs, Alpine V-12 amp.

    Isn't it great?! I love mine too! But, are you sure you have no raspiness up high? That's very odd.

      with the stock 2.25 inch pipes i got no rasp.. but with the 3 inch you will get some
      96 Camaro M5.         Are you talking about the pipes before or after the muffler??? I have to stock 2.25" pipes before, but I have 2.5" tailpipes. Either way, I still get rasp.

          im talking about the I PIPE, over axle pipe, and S pipe..


          with those on, i had no rasp

            I kept the stock 2.25 pipes also. There's a bit of raspiness, but I expected much worse from what was posted on here about the 80 series.

              give the muffler time to break in.

              about what? 3k miles? after that it'll go away. im pretty sure.
